All projects have passed the first tour of selections under program Explorer through which all have taken place more than 90 scientific missions, including, in particular, a space observatory 4 studying " an echo " a Big Bang ˝OBE (˝osmi˝ Ba˝kground Explorer), brought to George Smutu and John Mazeru the Nobel Prize on the physicist.
Five of the selected projects will RCV on 1 million dollars for 11 MTH of study of the concept of missions, " a ceiling " expenses 4 which it is established at level of 200 million dollars (without carrier rocket cost). One more command developing new technology, will RCV 600 thousand dollars, and other five projects - on 250 thousand on study of missions in cost B4 55 million dollars.
