Russia will pay in December, 2005 on an external debt of $641,81 million. Such data is published on Friday on an official site of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.

In December it is planned to pay $223,93 million on the basic debt and $70,505 million on percent from debts to the countries - to official creditors, $50,4 million and $17,6 million - on debts against the international financial organisations. Percentage payments under eurobonds of the Russian Federation in December will make $279,375 million.

By a tentative estimation of the Ministry of Finance, in November the debts to the countries - to official creditors have been extinguished in $76,102 million volume on the basic debt and in $7,336 million volume - on percent, debts against the international financial organisations - in $16,6 million and $9,7 million volume accordingly.

Payments on OVGVZ and OGVZ 1999 in November are estimated in $0,294 million (the basic debt) and $13,914 million (percent).
