Putin has handed over the state awards to outstanding Russians

Vladimir Putin has handed over on Thursday in the Kremlin the state awards and honorary titles to the big group of outstanding Russians.

the Rank of the Hero of the Russian Federation for courage and the heroism shown at test aircraft technicians, is appropriated to the test pilot of open joint-stock company the Aviation complex of a name of Ilyushin Nikolay Kuimovu. For courage and heroism at execution of a soldier`s duty the rank of the Hero of the Russian Federation is appropriated to the captain of the first rank Sergey Rachuku.

Order " For merits B4 Fatherland " the second degree Galina Vishnevskaya has RCVed for the outstanding contribution to musical art. The same award for outstanding merits in development of a domestic science academician Nikolay Dobretsov is awarded.

Order " For merits B4 Fatherland " the third degree are awarded, in particular, the head of the State theatre of cabaret shows " Musical agency " Lion of Leshchenko and the rector of the Moscow state linguistic university Irina Haleeva.

Order for " Merits B4 Fatherland " the fourth degree have RCVed the art director - the main conductor of the State academic symphonic orchestra of the Russian Federation of a name Svetlanova Mark Gorenshtejn, the president of National association teleradioveshchatelej Edward Sagalayev and composer Alexander Fljarkovsky.

Friendship Orders actress Natalia Seleznev is awarded.

by Honour Order it is awarded the adviser of the head of Federal agency for physical training and sports - the trainer - the adviser of Russian national team for figure skating Tatyana Tarasova.

the Honorary title the National actor of the Russian Federation is awarded the leader of cultural actions, solemn actions, days of culture and the international festivals of the Federal state institution of culture " the Russian state concert company " Commonwealth " Svjatoslav Belza.
