Moscow, 6 sen - News. Parliament of Hungary the prime minister - the minister of the country Ferentsa Djurchanja of deputy immunity intends to take voting by a question of deprivation were, informs agency Rejter on Tuesday.
the Offer on removal of parliamentary immunity W Djurchanja on Tuesday has arrived from representatives of parliamentary committee of Hungary which prosecutes subjects of deputy immunity. Six representatives of committee have voted for the offer to remove immunity, two have voted against, has informed the Hungarian agency MTI.
Date of carrying out in a MSG is not specified by voting parliament. The parliament of Hungary gathers for session after a parliamentary recess next week.
the Offer has been made in connection with investigation by Office of Public Prosecutor of investments of Djurchanja during its WRK as the head of the government. Public prosecutors intend to interrogate Djurchanja concerning its financial investments in one of gambling institutions. Other details of business are not informed.
In the beginning of year the general public prosecutor already urged to remove immunity from the representative of Hungarian socialist party Durchanja in connection with spent investigation.
The former prime minister asserts that business has taken the politized turn.
" I do not have doubts that the general public prosecutor is connected with party Fidesz and operates under direct commissions of this party. I with calmness will appear B4 accusers and is assured that I can protect the correctness and honesty " - has declared Djurchan. The voting result can be predetermined, as two thirds of places in parliament of Hungary are occupied with representatives of centre-right party Fidesz.
holding of a post of the prime minister and the leader of ruling Hungarian socialist party, Ferents Djurchan in March, 2009 has declared resignation. The decision, as he said, was accepted in connection with unpopularity of its government during financial crisis. According to Djurchanja, he has counted itself(himself) as a hindrance in carrying out of economic and social reforms in the country.
