Moscow, 15 sen - News. the Public prosecutor of the Russian Federation Yury Chajka considers necessary to create Coordination advice of public prosecutors of the states-participants of the Customs Union, 4 harmonisation of criminal codes of three countries and joint counteraction of criminality.
By data a press - services of the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation, Yury Chajka on Wednesday has held a tripartite MTG with colleagues from Belarus Grigory Vasilevichem and Kazakhstan Kajratom Mami.

According to department, at a MTG public prosecutors 2 have summed up teamwork concerning counteraction of transnational criminality and protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. Participants have agreed to stir up joint activity on the most important directions of public prosecutor`s supervision.
Acting on Wednesday at session of Coordination council of general public prosecutors of the states-participants CIS, the public prosecutor of Belarus has noticed that creation of the Customs union will create certain problems on criminality counteraction. In this connection Vasilevich has suggested to harmonise criminal codes of the countries - participants of the union in a part, concerning the customs legislation. According to Vasilevicha, it will allow the countries - to participants to operate more harmoniously and not to suppose raznoboja.
the Public prosecutor of the Russian Federation, in turn, has assured that the simplification of a customs mode on borders of the countries - participants of the Customs union will not lead to growth of transnational criminality.
