Cuba and Venezuela have signed a package of agreements for the sum 1,6 mlrd dollars
Havana, 20 deck - News, Oleg Vjazmitinov. Cuba and Venezuela have signed 47 cooperation agreements for 2012 for a total sum in 1,6 billion dollars, has informed on Tuesday the Cuban television.
Agreements have been signed within the limits of session of the intergovernmental commission of two countries.
On Monday co-chairmen of the commission the vice-president of Ministerial council of Cuba Rikardo Kabrisas and the minister of oil of Venezuela Raphael Ramires have met the Cuban leader Raul Castro and have reported on it that these agreements " will help to strengthen cooperation and economic integration relations " two countries.
Cooperation agreements cover such areas, as public health services, education, culture, sports, agriculture, the industry, mining business and oil refining.
According to Ramiresa, the goods turnover total amount between Cuba and Venezuela since 2000 has exceeded 11 billion dollars.
During the last years Venezuela became the cores political and trading - the economic partner of Cuba. The goods turnover volume in 2009 between two countries has exceeded 3 billion dollars.
