Sculpture of prince Zasekina have left on a former place
Today cassation instance of the Volgograd regional court has upheld the decision of the Central district court of Volgograd from December, 9th, 2010 about refusal in satisfaction of claim requirements of Office of Public Prosecutor about dismantle of a sculptural composition to the first voevode Tsaritsyn to prince Grigory Zasekinu.
we Will remind, on September, 25th last year in the Central district court the statement of claim about compulsion of the customer and the contractor who was engaged in an establishment of a sculptural composition has arrived, to stop site use in square of a name of Simbirtseva. Also the Office of Public Prosecutor of the Central area demanded to forbid realisation of works on object erection. And on November, 30th, after end of installation of a sculpture to prince Zasekinu, claim requirements have been specified - from respondents have demanded to dismantle a new element of an accomplishment and to restore a covering of a foot part of square.
Court, being based on the resulted proofs of the parties participating in trial, has refused satisfaction of claim requirements. Thus, the sculpture devoted first voevode of Tsaritsyn to Grigory Zasekinu remains on a former place, - informs a press - service of administration of Volgograd.
