In Ingushetia Employees of Management of FSB across Ingushetia together with field investigators of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs have detained the possible thief of the Moscow businessmen

have detained in Nazranovsky area of republic Magomeda Gorchhanova which suspect of abductions of businessmen in Moscow and other regions of Russia.

Operation on detention of the suspect which since August, 2009 was in federal search, has passed in village Plievo of Nazranovsky area of republic.

At the approach of employees of special division of FSB to the address, Gorchhanov was closed in one of houses and has refused to leave. In this connection representatives of local administration who have assisted in detention of the gangster have been involved, having convinced him to surrender without armed resistance - the official representative of management of Iljas Dugov has told.  

He has noticed that, under the operative data, Gorchhanov was a part of criminal grouping (OPG), engaged in 2007 - 2008 in Moscow and other regions of Russia abductions of businessmen for the purpose of reception of money resources which were used further for financing of illegal armed formations.

Activity specified OPG has been stopped by law enforcement bodies in Moscow in 2009, and the part of its participants is detained. The others have disappeared in territory of Ingushetia where the bandit group were a part, carried out crimes of terrorist character, including, armed attacks and bombardments of law enforcement officers, Dugov has told.

It has reminded that during the special actions spent in 2009 in Ingushetia, members of the given bandit group Andrey Karpov and Vitaly Chernobrovkin have been destroyed at rendering of armed resistance by them.

Now Investigatory management SKP the Russian Federation to Moscow concerning Gorchhanova investigates the criminal case raised as regards 3 articles 126 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (kidnapping), representative UFSB has specified. Passes RIA Novosti news agency.
