The director of printing house of the Moscow State University is denounced for 5 years
Nikulinsky court of Moscow on Monday has sentenced the former director of printing house of the Moscow State University of a name of Lomonosov to five years of a colony. Marseilles Sharufullin has been recognised by guilty of swindle for the sum of 75 million roubles, has informed a press - court secretary Arsene Pogosjan.
Sharufullin has created Open Company company « NIMAN - the PRINT » which with 2008 on 2010 worked in territory of printing house of the Moscow State University. As it became known during the investigation, founders of the company were other persons who do not pass on this business, passes RIA Novosti news agency.
« the Company used the equipment, expendable materials and labour of employees of printing house of the Moscow State University, and money resources in a total sum for 2 years of 75 million 26 thousand roubles were transferred for the performed work into account Open Company « NIMAN - the PRINT » - has declared Pogosjan.
As it became known, Sharufullin has been sentenced to five years in a standard regime penal colony for swindle in especially large size. Besides, he is obliged to pay the Moscow State University of 75 million roubles.
Under the law the sentence can be appealed against within ten days in higher instance – Moscow City Court.
