Yesterday in the House of the architect the meeting with Kendzo to Tanga - one of last masters of classical architecture of the XX-th century has taken place. The great Japanese accepted with honour. Its public was presented by the main architect of Moscow Leonid Vavakin, having explained that the guest of honour has arrived for consultation concerning future works in the Bolshoi theatre. Kendzo the honourable diploma of the academician of the Russian academy of architecture and the licence for the building right in Moscow have been handed over Tanga.
Priezd Kendzo Tange is surprising as visit of the Buddha. To it 81 year, and for today in the world does not remain the architect with such unconditional reputation.

In the country of unconditional traditions he has managed to refuse a rectangular cage of the Japanese house, such natural, clear, connected with way of life, with proportions tatami, with constructive system of wooden beams. Instead of developing this natural functionality, it has imparted to national architecture riches, softness and power of a ferro-concrete plasticity. It is considered, what exactly it could connect east architecture with a rhythm and image of modern western life. It has found traditional forms for new materials and new functions, not only having created an originality of Japanese school of modern architecture, but also having made, though and for short time, Europeans and Americans the imitators. Undoubtedly, to Tanga - one of creators of a Japanese economic miracle or, at least, the founder of its architectural image. Whether
Kendzo Is useful to Tanga the licence of the Moscow authorities in the same degree, in what to the Russian academicians its neighbourhood in the academic lists? On their place I would be careful.
