the International federation of rowing (FISA) has declared that only the regeneration of an administrative board of Federation of rowing of Russia (FGSR) will allow the Russian oarsmen to avoid the further sanctions from party FISA. On it it is informed in a press - release on official site FISA. According to antidopingovomu to the code if the national federation within 12 months is convicted of infringements eight and more times, FISA has the right to discharge all its sportsmen of competitions for four years, including the Olympic Games. After on February, 6th have been disqualified Anastas Fatina and Anastas Korabelshchikova, number dopingovyh infringements from the Russian oarsmen has reached eight cases less than for a year. In statement FISA it is said that only elections till March, 31st of new management FGSR in which anybody from operating members of presidium of federation cannot accept participation, will give chance to the Russian oarsmen to avoid new sanctions and to go on the Olympic Games of 2008 to Beijing. Till February, 15th FGSR should answer, whether it agrees with requirements FISA.
