In a case if the repeated auctions on sale of property of the debtor are recognised by not taken place or the purchase and sale contract has not been concluded with their unique participant, and also in a case not the conclusions of the contract of purchase and sale by results of the repeated auctions the property of the debtor sold at the auctions is subject to sale by means of the public offer, by the rules established in the present message.

at sale of property of the debtor by means of the public offer the initial price of sale of property of the debtor decreases each 10 calendar days on 5 % from the price of sale of property established at the repeated auctions, from the date of their recognition not taken place.
