Besides it, a post the general - the major of militia Konstantin Nikishkin has lost the deputy chief of legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Also, according to the decree, Medvedev has dismissed the chief operatively - razysknogo bureau 5 Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the colonel of militia Konstantin Tchernikov and the chief operatively - razysknogo bureau 6 Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the colonel of militia Yury Belkin.

The present decree comes into force from the date of its signing .

Within the limits of reform of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation the law " has been passed; About police which has come into force on March, 1st. The document, in particular, provides department renaming, and also public control strengthening over it. During reforming of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by 2012 it is planned to reduce 22 % of staff.
