the Commission of management of Federal antimonopoly service (UFAS) Russia across the Tyumen region on Friday has made decision to stop a context business in the relation of regional branch of MTS to signs of infringement of the legislation on advertising. As head UFAS Vasily Gorbunov has informed, MTS branch has produced the evidence of the legal correctness. As it was informed earlier, as the reason of excitation of business mailing by the company advertising SMS - messages has served the Tyumen subscribers without them on that of the consent. Meanwhile the law does not suppose advertising distribution on networks of telecommunication without the preliminary consent of the subscriber. during a legal investigation it was found out that subscribers of the company have legally agreed to mailing. In the contract with the client MTS branch has specified that possible subsequent changes in the contract will be placed on a company site. On a site there was really a message that the company will conduct advertising SMS - mailing. Besides, the information on mailings has been placed on accounts of branch of MTS to subscribers. About it it is told in the committee message. The permission is given out the company Farlep - Invest a part belonging to mister Ahmetov finpromgruppy Systems Kepital Management . Several weeks ago the antimonopoly committee of Ukraine has resolved Farlep - Investu to buy more than 50 % in the company Optima a Telecom - Crimea (Simferopol). Farlep - Invest - a holding management company Farlep in which operators of local telecommunication in Kiev, Odessa, Donetsk, Lvov, Mariupol, Nikolaev, Dnepropetrovsk, Simferopol and Kharkov with more than 400 thousand subscribers enter.
