According to the document, its cost should be not less double rate of the excise on alcoholic production with a volume fraction of ethyl spirit over 25 % in capacity no more than 1 thousand in ml. The maintenance of ethyl spirit in finished goods should be no more than 20 % for spirtosoderzhashchej not food production in the form of creams, gels, ointments and no more than 10 % of volume ready denaturirovannoj spirtosoderzhashchej production.
against perfumery inclusion in EGAIS its manufacturers have risen also. So, the president of company Procter and Gamble on Central and to the Eastern Europe, the Near East Verner Gajsler has expressed recently opinion that introduction of new excise marks on alcoholic drinks and spirtosoderzhashchuju production leads to infinite problems in the perfumery market.
