In their opinion, at report entering on ratification in the State Duma the established order of representation of documents for ratification has not been observed, and also the coordination with subjects of Federation is not spent.
Besides, applicants challenged constitutionality of separate positions of appendices to the report on joining of the Russian Federation to the WTO. They consider that the given positions break a constitutional law on reception of the qualified legal aid and a principle of realisation of justice only the state court. Applicants also suggested to suspend procedure of ratification of the report on joining to the WTO to the business permission the Constitutional court.

According to conditions of joining to the WTO, procedure of ratification of the report should be finished till July, 23rd 2012ã., then Russia becomes the full member of the organisation.

It is supposed that the bill of ratification of the report of joining to the WTO will be considered by the State Duma during plenary session on July, 4th 2012ã.
