To inhabitants of three regions of Chernozem region have simplified crossing of the Ukrainian border
the President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych has signed the law on ratification of the agreement on the simplified order of crossing of border for inhabitants of frontier regions, including the Belgorod, Voronezh and Kursk areas, inform in Presidential Administration of Ukraine. We will remind, the agreement between heads of Ukraine and Russia has been signed in October of last year. According to the document, inhabitants of frontier areas have an opportunity to cross border not only on personal motor transport or on foot, but also by buses of the international message, thus fillings of migratory cards any more it is not required. Besides, they can be in territory of frontier areas of the next state without registration if term of stay does not exceed 90 days. The agreement comes into force from the moment of reception by the parties of last notice in writing of performance of all interstate procedures necessary for it. According to Ministry of economic development and trade, validity will mention about 30 million persons: besides already mentioned regions of Chernozem region, new rules will mention inhabitants of Bryansk, Rostov areas and Krasnodar territory.
