The Swedish motor-car manufacturer of Saab has submitted the claim about bankruptcy

the Swedish autoconcern of Saab Automobile AB has put in in district court Vanersburga the statement for protection against creditors, according to the law on bankruptcy of the enterprise. In case of approval of the statement by court the company intends to carry out reorganisation within three months, transfers Associated Press.
the similar measure will allow the company to be protected from creditors and to find new sources of financing. An ultimate goal of reorganisation of Saab is transformation in the independent company.
