Russia will not borrow at IMF

Russia does not intend to carry out mass loans at the international financial organisations even at the negative scenario with budget execution 2003. It has declared to journalists in Washington vitse - the prime minister of the finance of Russia Alexey Kudrin. It has arrived to capital USA for participation in autumn session of IMF and the World bank.
Kudrin has explained that on 2003. It is necessary peak of payments of Russia on an external debt. vitse - the prime minister has expressed confidence that in a case situation complications the government of the Russian Federation will use reserves within the limits of the budget. Nevertheless, in case of deterioration of a world conjuncture, Kudrin has not excluded possibility of external loans to approximately 1,5 mlrd dollars
Vitse - the prime minister also has informed that Russia this year can be excluded from the black list FATF (the list of the countries which are not accepting due measures on struggle against washing up dirty money ) . Kudrin has noticed that such decision should be accepted FATF by results of work of mission of this organisation in Russia.
