Russia (OSCEs) urge to reconsider the decision on DOVSE

the Organization on safety and cooperation in Europe has urged Russia to reconsider the decision on stay of participation in the Contract on usual armed forces in Europe (DOVSE), informs Associated Press referring to the statement of Spain presiding in the organisation.
the unilateral exit of Russia from the Contract only will strengthen uncertainty which threatens the European system of safety such opinion has been stated during session of ministerial council of foreign affairs of member countries of OSCE.
the day before the president of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed the Federal law About stay of validity by the Russian Federation about usual armed forces in Europe . According to the document, action DOVSE, signed in Paris 1990 stops on November, 19th. Thus the decision on renewal of the Russian Federation validity is accepted by the president of the Russian Federation.
Experts notice that the decision on introduction of the moratorium has no precedents in contemporary history of Russia.
