In company Unique Developments inform that average cost of square metre will make from 1075 to 1250 euros, and apartments will manage to the buyer on the average in the sum from 55 to 440 thousand euro. The means necessary for realisation of the project, are given by English and American investors, and also the largest Bulgarian bank DSK.

In conversation with daily operating director Unique Developments Pol Rajli has noticed that does not doubt success of the project. The complex should be handed over in December, 2007, but already is now sold an order of 30 % of objects. And among buyers citizens of Bulgaria, and proprietors from Russia, Great Britain, Norway prevail not. At the same time g - n Rajli has underlined that the company main task in this project - is not so much profit, how many successful exit on the Bulgarian market which is represented to it growing and rather attractive.
