The tariff for transit of oil from the Russian Federation through Ukraine is increased by 8,5 percent
Russia and Ukraine have agreed upon increase in the tariff at transit of the Russian oil through the Ukrainian territory in the first quarter 2012 on 8,5 percents About it has informed ITAR - TASS the official representative “ Transneft “ Igor Dyomin.
As he said while the tariff is established only on the first quarter, discussion of the tariff for current year proceeds at level of the ministries of power of two countries. The tariff for oil prorolling through territory of Ukraine is estimated in euro.
Kazakhstan within the limits of unification of tariffs yet has not signed the agreement on common markets of oil which is necessary in connection with creation of the Common Economic Space with Russia. In connection with absence of the document the Federal Agency of tariffs (FST) has in the end of the last year increased rates of the operating tariff for services in transportation of oil of Kazakhstan by 8,5 percents
Unification Russian - the Kazakhstan tariffs can lead to growth of cost of transit of the Kazakhstan oil on third. According to Dyomin, the report on transit for 2012 is not signed, however “ Transneft “ starts with volume of prorolling of the Kazakh oil at level of 20 million tons in a year and deliveries of the Russian oil to Kazakhstan at level 800 tys tons in the first quarter.
Belarus in December, 2011 has requested increase in the tariff at transit of the Russian oil through the territory on 20 percents While the decision on cost Russian oil transit through Belarus is not co-ordinated.
