According to the data of Central Bank Kominbank did not direct in Rosfinmonitoring the message on the operations which are subject to obligatory control. In August, 2007 the volume of operations of Kominbanka connected with payments of residents in favour of non-residents under doubtful transactions with the goods, has made 5,8 billion roubles. “ participants of such operations were clients of bank - four foreign companies registered in Great Britain, and one company registered on the British Virgin Islands “ - it is told in the message. Under the operative data, the Volgograd bank has carried out on the instructions of several clients of operation in favour of two Bulgarian companies registered to one legal address.
