Russia has four times lowered export duties on a soya

the Government of the Russian Federation has four times lowered the export customs duties on soybeans. Experts assure that it will not lead to sharp increase in export which could call deficiency in home market and, as consequence - a rise in prices for a soya, meat and milk   in Russia.

the Decision about the new duty is published on a government site. Now its rate makes to 5 percent, but not less than 8,5 euros for ton.

we Will remind that earlier it reached 20 percent with the minimum limit 35 euros for ton. Such serious decrease in the rate is connected by that last year Russia has collected a soya record harvest - 1,7 million tons. Year before it was less almost twice - all 883 thousand tons.

Decrease in duties, mainly, is connected with a situation in the Amur region, main soya to a country barn. Last year it has reaped an unknown crop - more than 800 thousand tons, the president of the Russian soya union Anatoly Ustjuzhanin has informed.

And on processing in areas - all on 200 thousand tons, therefore it it was necessary to take out capacities urgently not to lose - the expert has explained.

And losses, judging by its words, already are. From - for absence of quantity of warehouses necessary for such crop, the soya part was stored open-air that has started to affect its quality.

Capacities of the industry in this sphere at us since 2003 have increased in 15 times, - Ustjuzhanin has told. - Today we can overwork about 6 million tons a year .

Thus, possibilities on processing four times block a soya crop. And the big necessity in large quantities to take out for export raw beans is not present. And economically it is illogical.

So soya rises in price as a component for forages in animal industries and the important additive in the food-processing industry will not occur, the expert speaks. Accordingly, meat and milk will not grow in the price. Demand for a soya is completely provided by the Russian beans and import.   according to Ustjuzhanina, we deliver approximately as much, how much we grow up .

By the way, our soya differs from foreign that it all is grown up without application of genetically modified organisms (GMO).

in a foreign soya they are, though and not in great volumes, the expert assures. Nevertheless, the Russian soya union, Ustjuzhanin has told, brings an attention to the question now about that the domestic soya went only on eating manufacture.

And foreign - on fodder. However, he has noticed, forages for animals thus will not be dangerous to their health and, means, and for the person.
